Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against documentation
- Organize and maintain inventory storage systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch to customers
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols at all times
- Support regular inventory counts and audits to minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics team to prioritize shipments and optimize workflow
- Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in logistics is a plus
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 25 kg repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Commitment to workplace safety and punctuality
