Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, and labeling of goods.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
- Execute inventory replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels on shelves.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual stocktaking to ensure inventory precision.
- Organize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and maintain clean storage areas.
- Operate material handling equipment safely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from transport vehicles efficiently.
- Maintain records of stock movements and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to lift or move heavy goods as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Willingness to work in the North Region and adapt to flexible shift schedules if necessary.
