- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing goods in an efficient and organized manner
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and workflows
- Identify and report any issues or inefficiencies in warehouse operations
- Contribute ideas for innovation and improvement of current warehouse systems
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25kg
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes
