Tanggung Jawab
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts
- Organize warehouse space to optimize storage and accessibility
- Follow safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory
