Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inventory audits to verify stock accuracy against digital records
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and book records
- Compile timely inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to support efficient order fulfillment processes
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain clean, compliant workspaces
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and documentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in warehouse/inventory management role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in inventory software and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to lift 20-30kg and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
