Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse activities including loading, unloading, sorting, putting away, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against delivery orders, invoices, or other documents to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand jacks, reach trucks, or forklifts (if licensed) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Report any product damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards immediately to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Secondary school education or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is highly advantageous.
- Possession of a valid Forklift License is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 15-20kg) as required in a warehouse environment.
- Basic command of written and spoken English to read labels and shipping documents.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
