Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization and efficient retrieval of materials
- Support inventory management processes by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (with proper certification), and other material handling tools
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse facility
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and productivity
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
