Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones using FIFO principles
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and compliant work areas following safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Forklift license/certification (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
