Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily inventory management procedures including receiving, verification, and reconciliation
- Manage warehouse receiving processes for incoming shipments and raw materials
- Coordinate outbound deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and accurate documentation
- Conduct systematic inventory checks and maintain precise stock location records
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) if required
- Good physical condition to handle lifting and manual tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Valid forklift certification is advantageous
