Join Prestasi Flour Mill's dynamic team as a Warehouse Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the backbone of our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse management while supporting our production and shipping processes. You'll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing storage space, and coordinating container stuffing activities to meet tight deadlines. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll contribute to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced industrial environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain 99%+ accuracy levels
- Coordinate container stuffing activities to optimize shipping efficiency
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with freight carriers
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification in logistics/operations field
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or inventory management experience
- Proficiency in inventory tracking systems and basic WMS software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environment with lifting up to 25kg
- Familiarity with safety protocols and OHS standards
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
