Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory through systematic receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate digital and physical records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and verify product quantities and condition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets and deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisory staff
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification preferred
- 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience desirable
- Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and work in physically demanding conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing
