Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records through systematic receiving, counting, and reconciliation processes
- Perform timely data entry for inventory management systems and logistics databases
- Coordinate logistics activities including shipment scheduling, freight coordination, and goods movement
- Prepare and maintain essential documentation including shipping manifests, inventory reports, and transaction logs
- Support warehouse layout optimization and space utilization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and safety compliance
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics certification preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management software
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
- Effective communication skills with precise instruction-following ability
- Physical capability to handle moderate weights and stand for extended periods
