Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily order picking and accurate packing to ensure timely and correct shipment delivery.
- Receive incoming stock, verify quantities against packing slips, and perform quality checks before storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in physical stock counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in the organization of stock labels, shelving, and storage areas to optimize warehouse space.
- Report any damaged goods, missing items, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) to move stock safely.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM certificate or Diploma in related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items safely.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills to prevent errors.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of warehouse management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to shift schedules.
