Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas using efficient space management
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas following safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist in loading/unloading transportation vehicles efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse certifications preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to obtain necessary equipment operation certifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
