Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and materials according to company procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized and accessible warehouse storage systems for optimal inventory control
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials between departments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer operations
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
