Warehouse Assistant (5 Days + AWS)

In this pivotal position, you will ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of all inventory, from receiving raw materials to dispatching finished goods. You will work closely with the logistics coordinator to fulfill orders on time and maintain high quality standards.
Your typical day will involve: receiving shipments, verifying quantities against invoices, putting away stock in designated locations, picking orders using handheld scanners or pick lists, packing items securely for shipment, conducting regular cycle counts, and reporting any discrepancies. You will also assist in keeping the warehouse organized and compliant with health and safety regulations.
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with manual lifting and standing for extended periods. Basic computer literacy is required for inventory tracking. A valid forklift license is advantageous but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain orderly storage of inventory and update warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (with valid license).
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to safety protocols and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Secondary 2 education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience (preferred).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift license (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
