In this role you will support the efficient flow of high‑value aerospace components, tools, and equipment that keep the region’s aviation sector moving.
You will work closely with our logistics coordinators, quality assurance teams, and external partners to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and store aerospace components and tools according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and inventory logs.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch of parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in the warehouse.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes and layout.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum primary education; prior warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with aerospace or high‑value component handling is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and work orders.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain.
- Good physical fitness to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
