As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, guaranteeing that our wide range of pet products reaches our customers efficiently. We offer a structured 5-day work week with a fixed afternoon shift, providing you with a consistent schedule and a supportive working environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of goods from containers and delivery vehicles.
- Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Conduct precise picking and packing of orders to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment through regular housekeeping.
- Assist in stocktaking exercises and inventory cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners where required.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily throughput targets.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting tasks regularly.
- Must be comfortable working the afternoon shift (1 PM - 11 PM).
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following operational protocols.
