Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking and packing of goods in accordance with orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.
- Load and unload shipments safely while adhering to warehouse protocols.
- Operate manual or electric pallet jacks to move goods within the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in the labeling and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily logistics KPIs and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to commit to full-time working hours.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new inventory management systems.
