Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of inventory according to order specifications.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand scanners safely.
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect goods for damages or discrepancies.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Report any inventory or equipment issues to the floor supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good physical stamina to handle manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing English for inventory documentation.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or weekends if required by operations.
