Tanggung Jawab
- Pick and pack goods accurately according to order specifications and quality standards
- Load and unload boxes and containers from trucks and storage areas using proper lifting techniques
- Stack and organize boxes efficiently in designated storage areas to maximize warehouse space
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace to ensure safety compliance
- Assist with shipping and receiving procedures as required
- Support team members and collaborate effectively to meet daily operational targets
- Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
Kualifikasi
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20kg) repeatedly throughout the shift
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability with good time management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse tasks and procedures
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is advantageous but not required
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, or weekends as needed
