Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for daily E-commerce shipments.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Process customer returns and ensure items are properly logged and re-stocked.
- Operate manual or electric pallet jacks for moving goods within the facility.
- Assist in the preparation of daily shipping manifests and documentation.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move packages as required.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (for internal team coordination).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Disciplined, punctual, and reliable with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
