Tanggung Jawab
- Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory with precision
- Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders according to specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and 5S principles
- Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
