We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to ensure smooth and efficient daily warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and supporting our manufacturing and logistics processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock checks and documentation
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure proper documentation and condition
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks (with proper certification)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following all safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly operational targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse or logistics training is a plus
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25kg as required
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and documentation
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety protocols and procedures
