Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure product integrity and quantity accuracy
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries to meet customer demand and optimize logistics efficiency
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation methods
- Enforce strict safety standards and compliance protocols to ensure accident-free operations
- Generate and maintain comprehensive stock records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with business needs
- Train junior staff on warehouse procedures and equipment operation when required
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience for Assistant level; 3-5 years for Executive/Senior roles
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g. SAP, WMS) or basic ERP software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in logistics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina to handle warehouse conditions and occasional lifting of heavy items
