Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods to ensure quality compliance
- Manage inventory levels through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows
- Support inventory reconciliation and documentation processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy with ability to use inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of FMCG inventory handling practices advantageous
