Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load/unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and inspecting for damage
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift operator license (e.g., Forklift Certificate)
- Minimum 1-2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
