We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Warehouse Assistant to join the dynamic team at MST Golf Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily logistics operations, ensuring that all goods are received, stored, picked, and delivered with the highest level of efficiency and accuracy. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.
This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week. You will collaborate closely with the supply chain team to meet delivery deadlines and manage stock levels effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Store and organize merchandise in designated areas, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Prepare and pack orders for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
