Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Perform regular inventory counts and update stock records in real-time
- Organize warehouse storage areas for efficient space utilization and accessibility
- Assist in product merchandising to maintain optimal shelf presentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support physical inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate; college education preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
- Ability to lift 25kg objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Valid forklift operation certification (if applicable)
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
