Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring all goods are accounted for and undamaged.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for both store replenishment and e-commerce customer deliveries.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy within the system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with IKEA health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth stock flow throughout the store.
- Handle goods returns and damaged items according to established company procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional displays and seasonal stock changes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels, or equivalent work experience in a logistics environment.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy to operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in warehousing or e-commerce logistics is highly advantageous.
