Trust Recruit is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join a reputable Japan MNC in the North Region. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to support our logistics operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods within our facility. This is a full-time role within a stable and growing organization, offering a supportive work environment and the potential to earn a competitive monthly income of up to $3,000 through overtime.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Perform regular stock checks and maintain up-to-date inventory records using the company system.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (where certified), and hand tools safely.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment, ensuring proper documentation is attached.
- Report any damaged goods, missing stock, or equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N' Levels, or relevant vocational qualifications.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items.
- Basic proficiency in English is required; ability to understand basic Japanese instructions is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Valid AWS (Agricultural/Warehouse Safety) or relevant safety training certification is a plus.
