Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Ensure all shipments are processed correctly and delivered on time to meet customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise workflow processes and improve operational efficiency
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and containers as required
- Report any equipment malfunctions, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related operations roles
- Possession of Forklift license or willingness to obtain one is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately count and verify inventory items
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 20kg
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems and reporting
- Good communication skills in English; ability to follow instructions accurately
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
