This is a critical leadership role where you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of service within our supply chain network.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operations. Your core responsibilities will include supervising all inbound and outbound logistics activities, maintaining rigorous and accurate inventory control, and leading, training, and developing a dedicated team of warehouse associates. You will be the driving force ensuring that all goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately, safely, and on time, every time.

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and directing daily operational activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance, safety, and morale.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling and storage of goods.
- Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements to management.
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and secure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of proven supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Solid understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal and amenable to shifting schedules if required.
