- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, safety standards, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement procedures to prevent shrinkage and optimize stock availability.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.
- Conduct regular safety audits and train staff on proper handling procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Analyze operational data and logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery schedules with professionalism and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, supply chain processes, and warehouse best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and warehouse safety standards.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software (WMS) and computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
