Tanggung Jawab
- Direct daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure 100% accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards (WSH) across the facility.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and facility security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to be based in the Senoko South region.
