Tanggung Jawab
- Effectively plan, organize, lead, and control all warehousing operations to ensure efficient product flow
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock tracking
- Coordinate with manufacturing and distribution teams to optimize supply chain operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all warehouse activities
- Analyze warehouse operations and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics
- Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet deadlines
