ACHIEVE Group, a leading multinational corporation based in the East Region, is urgently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team on a permanent full-time basis. As part of our mass recruitment drive, we welcome candidates who are ready to contribute immediately.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, and support the logistics team in achieving daily targets. Your duties include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, picking and packing orders, organizing stock placement, and conducting regular cycle counts. You will also assist in loading and unloading shipments, complete necessary documentation, and uphold the highest safety standards.
To succeed, you should have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the physical stamina to handle manual tasks. A team player with good communication skills and a basic understanding of inventory systems will thrive in our fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is an advantage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch accurately
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of warehouse area
- Coordinate with team members to meet operational targets
- Maintain proper documentation of all warehouse activities
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
- Ability to handle physical workload and stand for long hours

- Forklift license or willingness to obtain is an advantage
