As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a competitive salary package, stable working hours, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders based on daily fulfillment requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform regular stock cycle counts to uphold inventory integrity.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments using safe manual handling techniques.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or scanners) in compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, including labeling and sealing parcels correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment in accordance with workplace safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting cartons.
- Basic proficiency in reading and understanding delivery documentation.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors and inventory discrepancies.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a high-energy team.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-airconditioned warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld barcode scanners is a plus.
