Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions in the warehouse, following all safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners safely and efficiently
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
- Document warehouse activities and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse or logistics training is a plus
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
