Lima Bintang Logistics Sdn Bhd, a premier provider of comprehensive Door-to-Door (D2D) logistics solutions, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant Operations Manager to join our team in Klang/Port Klang. This is a high-visibility role where your leadership will directly influence operational efficiency and business growth.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the warehouse's performance. Your core objective will be to orchestrate daily operations to achieve seamless D2D service delivery while strictly adhering to our departmental quality benchmarks. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse professionals, building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. By optimizing workflow processes, managing inventory, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs), you will ensure Lima Bintang Logistics remains the trusted partner for our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure seamless Door-to-Door (D2D) activity flow and achievement of departmental quality objectives.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time performance.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and safety.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow, reduce operational costs, and enhance service levels.
- Manage inventory control processes, including regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and minimizing discrepancies or shrinkage.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to streamline operations, maximize warehouse space, and improve productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies by conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports on KPIs, performance metrics, and improvement plans to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Proven experience in Door-to-Door (D2D) logistics operations and working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management best practices, supply chain principles, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for liaising with diverse stakeholders).
