We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support the dynamic operations of HellermannTyton. This non-office role plays a critical part in our supply chain, focusing on the seamless execution of warehouse activities and ERP management. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily logistics functions. Your primary focus will be managing ERP transactions to ensure data accuracy while supporting the physical flow of goods. From order processing to handling ad-hoc operational tasks, you will ensure that inventory is managed efficiently and that our internal and external clients receive their orders on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute ERP transactions accurately to ensure inventory data integrity.
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
- Perform stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required by the team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O'/'A' Levels preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (experience with SAP or Oracle is highly desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
- Physical stamina to perform warehouse duties and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support ad-hoc tasks.
