Join Ecossential Foods Corp. as a Warehouse Assistant and become an essential part of our supply chain operations! We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our warehouse activities in Pampanga. In this role, you'll handle diverse clerical tasks, assist with inventory management, and provide critical customer service support to ensure seamless logistics operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating stock movements, and supporting the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, record keeping, and inventory documentation
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments
- Support customer service activities by responding to inquiries and coordinating deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities and equipment
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize stock rotation and space utilization
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Physical ability to handle stock and operate warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse environments
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
