Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders according to pick lists and company procedures.
- Ensure all outgoing parcels are properly labeled, sealed, and prepared for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing goods to ensure they meet required standards.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming stock against delivery orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand scanners (training provided).
- Participate in periodic stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support the team in meeting daily operational targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 15-20kg) consistently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Good team player with a positive working attitude.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery.
