Tanggung Jawab
- Load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with transport partners
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 25kg)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift license/certification is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
