Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper
Location: East Region, Singapore

As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of goods. Your day-to-day tasks will involve receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and label outbound orders accurately to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual stocktaking audits.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand scanners.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assist in the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse/logistics experience is highly advantageous.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting heavy items (up to 25kg).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A team player with a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be able to start work immediately or within one week.
