Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for supermarket floor replenishment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize inventory rotation
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification is advantageous
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
