About the Role
OMG Cosmetics Inc., the dynamic company behind the successful ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics brands, is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to join our operations team in South Caloocan, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, on-site position where your leadership will directly impact the efficiency of our supply chain.
What You'll Do
As a key member of the logistics management team, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing all facets of the warehouse. You will lead a team of associates, manage inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and enforce safety and operational standards. Your proactive approach will help us maintain a smooth workflow and meet our distribution targets for our top-selling consumer products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and sales teams to prioritize orders and ensure timely dispatch of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and a safe, clean working environment.
- Generate and analyze daily operational reports on KPIs such as pick accuracy, on-time shipment, and labor productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Willing to work on-site in South Caloocan, Metro Manila, and amenable to shifting schedules or extended hours as needed.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
