Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Enforce strict workplace health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on standard operating procedures and equipment handling.
- Monitor warehouse workflow and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily reports regarding inventory movement and operational performance for management.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management software and warehouse best practices.
- Possess a valid forklift license or relevant warehouse equipment certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work comfortably in a warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for record-keeping and reporting.
- Willingness to work in the West Region and support flexible operational hours.
