Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking and packing of goods in accordance with orders.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using standard warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Handle inventory labeling, sorting, and palletizing according to safety standards.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damage to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Assist in general warehouse administrative tasks as required by the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required (full training provided).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Valid forklift license or relevant certifications would be considered an advantage.
