Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to order manifests.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock takes and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners (training provided if necessary).
- Keep the warehouse facility organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with team leads to resolve discrepancies in shipments or documentation.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for health and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory logging and reading order forms.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Possession of a valid Forklift License is highly desirable and may attract a higher pay scale.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas region and commit to full-time shifts.
